From the Latin dance courses successively offered in various colleges and universities,to the development and popularization of Latin dance projects by social groups,the value of the Latin dance movement has been continuously recognized by more people.In recent years,Latin dance has won people's love for its good fitness,entertainment,and social functions.Various Latin dance training clubs have appeared in various parts of the country,and provinces and cities have set off a wave of training and competition every year.The frequent development of various events has attracted more and more social attention and recognition.However,compared with foreign advanced countries in sports and dance,our country started relatively late,its development is relatively backward,and the development of provinces and cities is not balanced.In addition to major sports and dance professional colleges,the Latin dance clubs run by various people in society are teaching content,There is no unified teaching system in terms of measures,venue equipment,the allocation of teachers and consciousness,and so the level of each Latin dance club varies.In this paper,firstly,the research on Latin dance,sports motivation and satisfaction related to domestic and foreign studies is summarized and analyzed through the literature data method.Based on the existing research results,a questionnaire for Latin dance trainees is developed based on the characteristics of Latin dance trainees in Suzhou.Then,420 Latin dance trainees were selected as the survey objects,and the participation behavior and satisfaction status of Suzhou Latin Dance Club trainees were learned through interviews and communication with the trainees and the distribution of questionnaires.IBM SPSS 21.0 was used for research analysis.The analysis results of comprehensive interviews and questionnaires show that:1.The overall situation of participation motivation and satisfaction of Suzhou Latin Dance Club students is moderately high;of the five dimensions of the participation motivation scale,the highest average is health motivation(M=4.06),followed by In order of appearance motivation(M=3.86),ability motivation(M=3.74),fun motivation(M=3.72),social motivation(M=3.55).Explain that health motivation is the primary motivation for Latin dance club students to participate in Latin dance practice.Among the five dimensions of the satisfaction scale,the highest average is the teacher's professional level satisfaction(M=3.89),followed by training costs and learning Effect(M=3.77),curriculum arrangement satisfaction(M=3.69),dance condition facilities satisfaction(M=3.67),staff service satisfaction(M=3.66).It shows that the professional level of teachers is one of the most satisfactory aspects of the Latin dance club students.2.There are no significant differences in the four dimensions of health motivation,social motivation,fun motivation,and ability motivation among students of different Latin dance clubs in Suzhou.There are significant differences in appearance motivation among students of different ages.There are no significant differences in the three dimensions of motivation,appearance motivation,and there are significant differences in the two dimensions of fun motivation and ability motivation;students of different education levels have four dimensions of health motivation,ability motivation,appearance motivation,and social motivation.There are no significant differences in but motivational fun;students in different professions have no significant differences in two dimensions:health motivation,appearance motivation,and fun motivation,ability motivation,and social motivation.Significant difference.3.The students of different gender Latin dance clubs in Suzhou City will not show significant satisfaction in the teachers' professional level,the satisfaction of the dance room conditions and facilities,the satisfaction of the curriculum arrangements,the training costs,and the learning effect.The satisfaction of the students of different ages in the curriculum arrangement,training costs,and learning effect satisfaction will not show significant significance.There are three satisfactions with teachers' professional level satisfaction,dance room conditions and facilities satisfaction,and staff service satisfaction.This dimension is significant;students of different education levels are not satisfied in the three dimensions of curriculum arrangement,training costs,and learning effects,and staff service satisfaction.Satisfaction in teacher professional level,dance room conditions and facilities Satisfaction in two dimensions is significant;students in different professions are not satisfied with the three dimensions of dance room conditions and facilities,curriculum arrangement satisfaction,training costs,and learning effect satisfaction.Staff service satisfaction is significant in two dimensions.4.The participation motivation and satisfaction of Suzhou Latin Dance Club students showed a significant level of 0.01,and had a significant positive correlation with a correlation coefficient value of 0.747.Among the five dimensions of participation motivation and satisfaction,the satisfaction of the teacher's professional level,the satisfaction of the dance room conditions and facilities,the satisfaction of the curriculum arrangement,the satisfaction of the training costs and the learning effect,and the satisfaction of the staff service showed a level of significance of 0.01,And there is a significant positive correlation,the correlation coefficient values are 0.453,0.430,0.514,0.425,0.346.It shows that the satisfaction of teachers'professional level,the satisfaction of the dance room conditions and facilities,the satisfaction of the curriculum arrangement,the training costs and learning effects have a greater impact on the motivation of participation,and the satisfaction of staff compared with the other four dimensions on the motivation of participation.The impact is slightly smaller.
