Tchaikovsky is a great Russian composer and music educator,known as the great"Russian music master" and "melody master ".His works involve symphony,opera,piano,ballet and romantic music.He created the piano sonata in G major in 1878,which is full of Russian folk elements,which embodies the composer's idea and style in piano music creation to a certain extent.This paper selects the only piano sonata from Tchaikovsky's piano music——"Piano Sonata in G Major "as the research object,and carries on the multi-dimensional analysis to explore the application of its creative techniques,as well as the consideration of playing and theoretical value.This paper consists of five chapters,which are divided into three parts:introduction,text(chapters 1 to 4)and conclusion.The introduction clarifies the research status,purpose and significance;The first chapter briefly combs the Russian national music from the aspects of the formation and development of the Russian national music school,the representative figures and the influence on the later generations;Chapter 2 analyzes the background of the piano sonata in G major,introduces Tchaikovsky's growth,artistic experience and music creation,and analyzes the social and cultural background of the repertoire.Chapter three:The comprehensive analysis of the piano sonata in G major,from the composition and performance characteristics of the analysis;Chapter 4:The research value of the piano sonata in G major is summarized by analyzing the background and internal structure of the repertoire.Conclusion expounds the times,typicality and research status of Piano Sonata in G major,and its influence on later generations,which provides theoretical basis for future generations.
