In 2017,the party central committee and the State Council issued the term youth development planning(2016-2025)"(hereinafter referred to as the" planning").In the"plan" explicitly pointed out that:It is necessary to enhance and improve the health level of youth growing part of adolescent mental health problems,we should strengthen the intervention and management of youth mental health at present in our country.The middle school student group is in a period of rapid development of self-awareness.At the same time,they are also facing realistic pressures such as further education,schoolwork,life,social,and thus easily lead to negative emotional experiences such as social anxiety.Therefore,how to effectively adjust the social emotions of middle school students and maintain their mental health has become an important issue for teachers and parents.In this study,a total of 598 middle school students from two middle schools in Wuhan were used as the research object.The emotion regulation questionnaire,emotion regulation self-efficacy scale and adolescent social anxiety scale were used to measure middle school students' emotion regulation ability,social anxiety and Regulatory emotional self-efficacy in daily state.Investigate the relationship between emotional regulation and social anxiety,explore its internal influence mechanism,and construct its role model.On the basis of this model,combined with the corresponding theory to implement group intervention.On the one hand,the model is tested with practice,and on the other hand,it provides practical experience in solving social anxiety problems of middle school students.The study reached the following conclusions:(1)Negative emotional regulation strategies can positively predict social anxiety in adolescents.But the positive strategies of emotion regulation did not significantly predict the social anxiety of adolescents;(2)The negative strategies of emotion regulation can also reverse predict the regulatory emotional self-efficacy in adolescents;Regulatory emotional self-efficacy can reversely predict the social anxiety level of adolescents;(3)In the adolescent group,negative emotion regulation can directly affect social anxiety,and negative emotion regulation can also affect social anxiety through emotion regulation self-efficacy,and the mediating effect is 10.4%of the total effect;(4)Based on the regulatory emotional self-efficacy of group intervention make the regulatory emotional self-efficacy have significantly improve and reduce the social anxiety in adolescentsIn terms of theoretical value:The research has found that the relationship between emotional regulation,regulatory emotional self-efficacy and social anxiety in adolescent,which enriches the theory and practice of emotional regulation.In terms of practical value:The group intervention effect based on the theory of self-efficacy of emotional regulation by testing.It not only enriched and expanded the groups and specific problem situations for the application of psychodrama technology,but also provided certain enlightenment and practical significance for alleviating social anxiety of teenagers and improving self-efficacy of emotional regulation.
