For a long time,Liu Bang, the emperor of the Han Dynasty, didn't appoint his meritorious officials as princes at the beginning of his accession,so that the generals would gather for private talk, which led to a few rebellious accidents. Most of us think that,as Zhang Liang said,Liu Bang's gas was too small to take advantage of the opportunity to kill those who had disagreements with him;Or think it's because Liu Bang's government affairs are so busy that he has no time to be enfeoffed. In fact, this matter is not so simple.First of all,it is an important measure for emperor Gao of Han Dynasty to encourage the generals and pacify the people by means of making the princes worship the king and giving them a great reward.Because of his personal grudges,Liu Bang was late in making the princes so that the generals were less likely to be suspicious. In addition,Emperor Gao of the Han Dynasty granted more than 20 grand officials in December and January of the sixth year of the Han Dynasty respectively, which shows that Liu Bang, who was in power at the beginning of the dynasty, did not want to seal the Marquises excessively to appease the generals, but could not seal all the meritorious officials as Marquises at one time.Secondly, because the number of families was used to determine the scope of the food fiefs in the reign of emperor Gaodi of Han Dynasty, the number of food fiefs that emperor Gaodi of Han Dynasty needed to assign to the meritorious officials was large. In the early Han Dynasty, when the world was settled, the people were living in poverty, and the princes with different surnames almost divided the Guandong area,if emperor Gaodi of Han Dynasty divided all or most of the princes into Han county,it would be great for the Han Dynasty Great weakening.Thirdly,a survey of the specific time when Emperor Gaodi of the Han Dynasty enfeoffed the princes shows that the sixth year of the Han Dynasty is an important period when he enfeoffes the meritorious officials as the princes, which is closely related to the action of emperor Gaodi of the Han Dynasty in the sixth year of the Han Dynasty to eliminate the princes with different surnames and the princes with the same surnames. The Han government, represented by Emperor Gao of the Han Dynasty, indirectly controlled enough territory through the kingdoms of the same surname, which laid the foundation for the great feudal lords. However, after the emperor of Han Dynasty eradicated some of the princes with different surnames,he quickly began to seal the princes, which just proved that the late vassal was subject to the contradiction between the Han government and the princes with different surnames. This provides a new perspective for re understanding the political pattern of internal and external forces after emperor Gao of Han Dynasty. At last, the emperor of Han Gaodi divided a large number of princes into the same surname kingdoms while he granted the same surname to the princes of the same surname, and this move of the emperor of Han Gaodi can be summarized as "the Marquis of the same surname with less power".This has a certain origin with Jia Yi's later proposition that "all the princes build with less power".The difference between the two is that emperor Gao of Han Dynasty weakened the same surname kingdoms by dividing the different surnames into the same surname kingdoms, which is also due to the objective situation that the same surname was few during the period of emperor Gao of Han Dynasty.
