In the long history,China has retained many cultural relics and monuments,which have witnessed the magnificent development of the Chinese nation and are of immeasurable value.The development of cultural relics work is not only conducive to inheriting and carrying forward the excellent culture of the Chinese nation,but also conducive to improving the scientific and cultural quality of the whole nation and building a socialist cultural power.Therefore,the Party and the state pay more and more attention to the protection and management of cultural heritage.As an effective means,digital technology has been more and more applied to the work of cultural relics,and the digital engineering of a batch of movable cultural relics based on the collection of cultural relics has been basically matured.However,in the field of non-movable cultural relics,an effective digital display platform has not been realized.In addition,due to the rapid development of information technology,the way of information production and dissemination has changed fundamentally,resulting in an increasingly dense information environment.In view of the above problems,a personalized recommendation system of immovable cultural relics based on user portrait is proposed to be developed.This system can not only effectively alleviate the problem that some immovable cultural relics in China fail to make full use of digital technology,but also reduce the time for users to find information and help users explore new interests.The main research results of immovable cultural relic personalized recommendation system based on user portrait are as follows:1.The relevant concepts and theories of user portrait are comprehensively analyzed,and the construction method of user portrait of immovable cultural relic is designed.On the basis of collecting and processing relevant data,this paper analyzes the structure and characteristics of user attribute information and behavior data,designs the label system of immovable cultural relic user portrait,and generates user portrait model.2.The content-based recommendation algorithm has some problems,such as difficulty in feature extraction and low degree of individualization.Data sparseness and cold start problems exist in the collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm.According to the specific requirements of the heritage recommendation scene,a hybrid recommendation algorithm based on collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm and supplemented by content-based recommendation algorithm is adopted to realize the personalized recommendation function.At the same time,in order to improve the performance of the system and alleviate the cold start problem,the popularrecommendation algorithm is used,which is to extract the data of registered users in the database,comprehensive analysis and statistics of high-frequency information,after screening recommended to users.3.The SSH framework is used to develop a personalized recommendation system for immovable cultural relic based on user portrait.This system mainly integrates the functions of cultural relics search,online browsing,cultural relics statistics,user portrait,popular recommendation and personalized recommendation.The development of system not only provides a platform for cultural relics lovers to query,browse and communicate with relics,but also reduces the time spent by users finding information.At the same time,through digital means,the number of cultural relics ornamental and space-time restrictions have been effectively solved,close the distance between users and cultural relics,and solved the problem that cultural relics resources are not fully exploited and utilized,which is of great significance to promotion and development of Chinese excellent traditional culture and the firm cultural self-confidence.
