Research On The Promotion Of The Spirit Of Reform And Opening Up In The New Era Based On The Perspective Of Cultural Memory Theory

A conference to celebrate the 40th anniversary of reform and opening up was held in Beijing on December 18,2018.In his speech to the congress,general secretary xi jinping stressed that the spirit of reform and opening up is the most distinctive spiritual symbol of the contemporary Chinese people.At present,comprehensively deepening reform has entered a deep-water zone.What remains is a tough nut to crack.It requires great courage and wisdom to carry out reform to the end.The spirit of reform and opening up is just the spiritual guidance and source of strength for this great new journey.The practice of reform and opening up has forged the spirit of reform and opening up,and the spirit of reform and opening up has contributed to the cause of reform and opening up.Guided by the great spirit of reform and opening up,we have overcome various difficulties and challenges and made a series of major breakthroughs.The spirit of reform and opening up is a valuable spiritual resource for the party and the country,and is the spiritual driving force for China’s development and progress in the new era.Reform and opening up have come a long way,but we still have a long way to go.In the new era when promoting reform and opening up will face greater risks and challenges and even turbulent waves,we only ceaseless and carry forward the spirit of reform and opening up,and we can obtain the courage,wisdom and power to carry reform and opening up to the end.The spirit of reform and opening up refers to the spiritual character and quality accumulated by the whole party and the people of all ethnic groups in China during the course of reform and opening up under the leadership of the communist party of China.Its generation runs through the theoretical logic under the guidance of marxist theory,the historical logic of the historical soil of the reform and opening factor and the realistic logic of the great reform and opening up undertaking,which has the characteristics of integrity,historicity,times and openness.At present,vigorously carrying forward the spirit of reform and opening up in the new era is conducive to writing history and remembering the great cause of reform and opening up,sketching images and promoting group culture identity,pointing to the future and constructing the common meaning space.In addition,the practical development of reform and opening up,the rich achievements of theoretical research,the rapid development of new media and the experience of carrying forward other spiritual models also provide a feasible basis for carrying forward the spirit of reform and opening up,making it not only necessary but also feasible.Through empirical investigation,I find that the content structure promoted by the spirit of reform and opening up is more complete,the media is more mature and the field of mission and education is more perfect.The future of things is bright,but the road is tortuous.The spirit of reform and opening up also has some problems,such as vague representation of the spirit of reform and opening up,lack of methods and weakening of culture,which leads to the realistic dilemma that the spirit of reform and opening up is not strong in cohesion,effectiveness and integration,and brings difficulties for the spirit of reform and opening up to carry forward in the new era.Therefore,this study uses the theory of cultural memory as theoretical reference which was formed in the 1990s and had an important impact on Chinese and western theoretical circles due to its scientific examination of reality.Basing on the five dimensions of time,function,media,power and construction of cultural memory,I analyse that the promotion of the spirit of reform and opening up exists the future point in time dimension attribute generalization,the function of memory on function dimension weakening,the expansion of the memory medium in the medium dimension discrete,and the construct dimension and construction imbalance of power game content distortion and insufficient memory in the power dimension and so on,which led to the current reform and opening up the plight of the spirit.Carrying forward the spirit of reform and opening up is a complex and systematic project.In order to eliminate these blocking factors,so that the spirit of reform and opening up gets a better promotion in the new era,first of all,we should crystallize the spirit of reform and opening up in the future direction in the time dimension.Secondly,we should describe the functional memory of the spirit of reform and opening up in the category dimension.Thirdly,cultural symbols of the spirit of reform and opening up should be explored from the media dimension.Then,we should optimize the memory content of the spirit of reform and opening up from the dimension of power.Finally,we should construct the cultural memory of the spirit of reform and opening up from the dimension of construction.
