Research On Copyright Operation System From The Perspective Of Service Supply Chain

In recent years,the proportion of copyright industry in China's national economy has increased steadily.In recent years,the proportion of copyright industry in China's national economy has increased steadily.Relying on the presence of capital,technology,talents and other resources,the core copyright industries such as network literature industry,movie and television industry and game industry have achieved rapid development.What is not suitable for the current situation of the rapidly developing copyright industry is that after continuous practice and optimization of the copyright operation mode,there are still a series of problems.For example,the quality of copyright works is uneven,the legal protection of copyright is difficult,and the value of copyright works is low.Therefore,it is extremely urgent to find effective methods to solve various problems in copyright operation,Optimize the copyright operation mode,make copyright consumption demand adapt to the speed of industrial development.The paper rearranges the structure of copyright operation system from the perspective of service supply chain,aiming at solving the problems existing in copyright operation by optimizing the structure.Comparing the framework structure and internal characteristics of copyright operation system and service supply chain,find out the correlation between the two,so that constructing copyright service supply chain with nature of service supply chain.Furthermore,this paper makes a game analysis of the copyright service supply chain from a microscopic perspective,and explores the restrictive factors for the optimization of the copyright service supply chain by constructing a game equilibrium model.On the basis of this,some suggestions for improving the copyright operation system are put forward.First of all,the paper sorts out the research literature on copyright operation system and service supply chain,and then explain the basic content and characteristics of the service supply chain.Through the collation and comparison of documents,it emphasizes the relevance of copyright operation system and service supply chain on the theoretical basis.Secondly,the basic situation of copyright operation is analyzed.Through the analysis of the current situation of copyright operation,the positive role of professional service-providing enterprises in increasing the value of copyright works and prolonging the life cycle of copyright works is emphasized,and the defects of copyright operation such as low level of copyright creation,difficulty in copyright legal protection,insufficient level ofcontent value mining and so on will be further elaborated due to the absence of professional service-providing enterprises.According to this,the optimization direction of copyright operation system is put forward.At the same time,the structure analysis of the copyright operation system is carried out in detail to provide a research basis for the comparative analysis of the structure between the copyright operation system and the service supply chain.Thirdly,the copyright service supply chain is constructed.Firstly,the feasibility and necessity of constructing the copyright service supply chain are analyzed according to the results of theoretical research and structural research in the previous chapters 2 and 3.Secondly,the copyright service supply chain network is formally constructed.Finally,a case study of Tencent's online music service platform is made to verify the constructed copyright service supply chain.Finally,this paper makes a game analysis of the copyright service supply chain from a microscopic perspective,analyzes the limiting factors of improving the copyright operation system by using the transaction equilibrium model between the copyright service provider and the copyright service integrator,and according to the coordination function of the supply chain contract in the service supply chain,proposes to use the contract combination to achieve the risk arrangement and benefit distribution among the operators,encourages the professional service organizations to keep their positions,and finally realizes the optimization purpose of the copyright operation system.
