The Conduct And Interpretation Of Wang Hesheng's Work "Romantic Charme Of Pentatonism"

With the developments of times,the wind orchestra has been through a vigorous development and becomes more and more popularized.In this trend,a group of influential composers and their works has been born and widely loved by the majority of the people.As a composer,Wang Hesheng is one of the most representative one of this group.His work "Romantic charme of Pentatonism" contains six different types of materials,including traditional folk song and other songs created and according to the folk music themes.The composer uses the five modes of pentatonic charms"Gong Shang Jue Zhi Yu".The materials in his work have been characterized by the diversity and typicality,which shows the artistic charm of the great combination the traditional folk music and the wind orchestra.From the perspective of conducting,this paper studies the conducting interpretation of "Romantic charme of Pentatonism",which could be helpful to grasp the artistic style and guiding principles of conduct the Chinese wind orchestra works.
