A Study On The Artistic Performance Of Long-Scroll In Ming Dynasty

In the early Ming Dynasty,the imperial-court decorative painting flourished and formed a confrontation with the literati painting.However,after the middle of the Ming Dynasty,the imperial-court decorative painting became weak and replaced by literati paintings centered on Wu school.The Ming Dynasty was a period of dramatic changes in China’s feudal society.The long scroll paintings of the Ming Dynasty showed their inherent creativity again,thus showing a trend of gradual recovery.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the background and evolution of the long scroll painting of Ming Dynasty characters.The second chapter is about the main painters of the long scroll paintings of ladies in the Ming Dynasty,combing Du Jin,Guo Xu,Wei Wu,Zhang Lu,Zhang Ling,Tang Yin,Chou Ying,You Qiu and Chen Hongshou,the nine most representative long scroll ladies painters in the Ming Dynasty.The third chapter is "the artistic features of the long scroll paintings of the ladies of Ming dynasty".This paper expounds the artistic features of the long scroll painting through four parts:the composition form of the long scroll,the image features of the ladies,the color of the overlay and the scene.After that,it went deep into the structure of the picture,space,perspective,ladies’ hairstyles,faces,costumes,meticulous heavy colors,light colors,spatial organization,and the contrast between the actual and the actual to appreciate its artistic performance.The fourth chapter is "the factors that affect the artistic performance of the long-scroll paintings of ladies in Ming dynasty".This chapter explains it from three aspects.One is the influence of secular changes and aesthetic concepts,including the change of the image of the lady from aristocratic to civilian status,the situation and aesthetic taste of the literati in Ming Dynasty and the influence of the market demand for the long scroll paintings of the lady reflected in Suzhou films.The second is "the influence of political and economic development";The third is the influence of ideology and culture.Including Zhu Xi’s Neo-Confucianism and Wang Shouren’s Mind Theory,as well as Paintings of Ming Dynasty’s Theory and Aesthetic Thought.The fifth chapter is "the value and influence of the long scroll painting of ladies of Ming dynasty".In this paper,the author not only makes a systematic exploration of the background and evolution the main painters,the artistic features of the long scroll painting and the influence factors of the long scroll painting of Ming Dynasty characters,but also discusses the artistic expression and intrinsic value of the long scroll painting of Ming Dynasty characters from the perspective of social atmosphere,ideology,culture and aesthetic concept.
