In recent years,with the rapid development of China's media industry and the explosive growth of media companies,the influence of media employees on enterprises has become even more important.In this paper,the media enterprise employees as the research object,to explore the impact of its role in the fuzzy sense of self-efficacy,and then put forward appropriate management recommendations for the enterprise.Based on the above ideas,first of all,it summarizes and defines several key concepts involved in the article,analyzes and summarizes the relevant researches of domestic and foreign scholars in recent years,and on the basis of which,it sorts out the relationship between variables,And analyzes the key points of this paper;then,combining the theoretical research in Chapter 2,we determine the model dimension,construct the model and make relevant assumptions.Based on the maturity scale of scholars' vague self-efficacy and self-efficacy,we introduce the knowledge gap of mass media as the adjustment variable,and summarize the questionnaire about the role of media staff in fuzzy,knowledge gap and self-efficacy,mainly in the northeast,In North China,257 valid questionnaires were collected and the questionnaire was checked and amended.Through SPSS24.0 and Lisera18.0 mathematical statistics to verify the hypotheses made in this paper,draw the relevant conclusions:the media company employees internal and external roles in different age,education and differences in length of service differences were significant differences;media company employees Internal role ambiguity,external role ambiguity and self-efficacy were significantly negatively correlated;the level of education in the gap of knowledge played a mediating role in the relationship between employees' vague and self-efficacy in media companies.In view of the conclusion,the following management suggestions are put forward:clear work tasks,clear job responsibilities;regular training of staff to enhance business capabilities;planning promotion paths to improve employee morale;establish feedback mechanisms and communicate effectively;moderately empower employees to create a good working atmosphere.
