The Study On The Protection And Inheritance Management Of County Intangible Cultural Heritage

The intangible cultural heritage has been passed down from generation to generation by the people of all ethnic groups,various forms of traditional culture and cultural space closely related to mass life.The intangible cultural heritage is both a witness of historical development and a precious and valuable cultural resource.China is an ancient civilization with a long history,the rich and colorful intangible cultural heritage created by the people of all ethnic groups in their long-term productive and living practices,it is the crystallization of the wisdom and civilization of the Chinese nation,the link of national emotion and the basis of national unity.In the context of the great prosperity and development of socialist culture,the protection and utilization of intangible cultural heritage has become an important topic of sustainable development.Dongtou District is one of the four major urban areas of Wenzhou in Zhejiang Province and one of the 14 island districts(counties)in the country.As an immigrant to the island county,Dongtou is the mingling place of Minnan culture and Dong’ou Kingdom culture.Its special historical origin,geographical location and natural resource accumulation have created the extensive and profound non-heritage resources.As an inevitable choice of public interests,it is also an important part of public cultural services.As the main body of responsibility and the direct link between the project,the base and the inheritor,the county government plays a vital role in the management of the project and the promotion of the prosperity of the county culture.Although a great deal of fruitful work has been done in recent years,there are still some deficiencies in comparison with current developments and future needs.In this paper,Dongtou district,Wenzhou City,non-heritage Conservation Management as the research object,through the form of on-the-spot visit,reading literature,consultation and discussion,and using the methods of literature analysis,investigation and Research,case analysis.This paper probes into the problems existing in current practice and analyzes the reasons.On this basis,it is suggested that the management of county-level non-genetic heritage protection in Dongtou District should continue to learn deeply the policies at all levels and provide guarantee in system and mechanism;To improve and reserve a number of projects to strive for support;To implement the last point of belonging to the heritage cultivation;To support cultural values through economic values to achieve sustainable development.
