To help high school students understand the concept of psychological resilience,improve the level of psychological resilience,enhance students' ability to solve problems in difficult or adversity,and further improve the level of physical and mental health.This study took a high school student in Anhui Province as the research object,and used the "Adolescent Resilience Table" to investigate 379 ordinary high school students in disadvantaged families in a city in Anhui Province.And data from different dimensions to analyze the current overall situation of psychological resilience of disadvantaged high school students in the current family situation.Sixty students with low psychological resilience scores were selected and randomly divided into two groups,namely the experimental group(30 people)and the control group(30people).The control group was not treated,and the experimental group was conducted eight times for two months group counseling intervention to investigate the effect of group counseling on the psychological resilience of high school students with family disadvantaged.The research findings are as follows:(1)The psychological resilience of high school students with family adversity is at the upper middle level.(2)There is no significant difference in gender,grade,whether there is left-behind experience,family situation,parent occupation,parental education level and family monthly income(p>0.05).(3)There is a significant difference in the only child variable(p<0.05),and there is an extremely significant difference in the dimension of problem solving and cognitive maturity(p<0.001),which is specifically manifested in the psychological resilience of non-only children in the score higher than the only child.(4)There are significant differences in family location(p<0.05),problem solving,cognitive maturity,hope and optimism(p<0.05).Rural students' average score and their scores in the four-point test of the psychological resilience are higher than the scores of urban students.(5)There are extremely significant differences in situation categories(p<0.001).There are significant differences in the dimensions of problem solving,cognitive maturity,and emotion regulation(p<0.05),and extremely significant differences in hope and optimism,empathy,and interpersonal interaction(p<0.001),which is specifically manifested as students with no family adversity have higher scores in psychological resilience and all dimensions than students with family adversity.(6)The group intervention courses in the research is effective in the improvement of students' psychological resilience.
