Briefintroduction To The Creation Of High Temperature Color Glaze "Haisheng"

In the past,high-temperature color glaze was used to evenly apply on the surface of the body to prevent leakage,improve practical value,enrich the texture of porcelain,and achieve simple decorative effect.It was not until the 1960 s that high temperature color glaze formed an independent aesthetic art,that is,high temperature color glaze painting.The formation of high temperature color glaze painting is an innovation and breakthrough,which has opened a new chapter in the history of ceramic painting.With its unique artistic charm and inherent advantages of painting,diversified forms of expression,rich texture effect and the taste of kiln changes,the color glaze has developed rapidly in just a few decades.Through studying the development of high temperature color glaze and the works of high temperature color glaze by contemporary artists,this subject deeply explores the artistic techniques of high temperature color glaze and the texture characteristics of color glaze itself.Combined with my own experience in the exploration,study and practice of high temperature color glaze painting,this paper expounds the application of texture and artistic conception of high temperature color glaze painting.Using the artistic characteristics of high-temperature color glaze and combining with the ocean theme,the author created a series of works named "Haisheng series".Using the rich emotion contained in the texture of high-temperature color glaze to express the beauty of the ocean colorful world,to express the understanding of ocean life and to depict the picture with profound artistic conception.
