| In the context of economic globalization,the urbanization process is accelerating,people’s living standards have improved significantly,and competition between cities has become increasingly fierce.Many cities have launched publicity on urban culture and started to build an urban image to promote economic development.As a carrier for building a city’s image,the city publicity film integrates the diverse elements of a city,including the city’s geographical features,architectural landscape,and humanistic connotation.This thesis takes the cultural connotation of urban propaganda films as the core,adopts case analysis method,literature research method and in-depth interview method,and uses "Audience Center" and "narratology" related theories as the guide to start the discussion.On the basis of referring to the excellent urban publicity films at home and abroad in recent years,combined with his own creative practical experience,this article is divided into five chapters,and the cultural connotations of the urban publicity films are deeply explored.The first part defines and categorizes the city publicity film,and divides it into city image publicity film,city investment promotion film,city publicity information film and tourism publicity film.The city publicity film can not only promote the city’s economic development,but also record the city The image conveys the city spirit.The second part sorts out the development process of urban propaganda films according to the economic development and changes in different periods,and discusses the three aspects of homogenization of cultural connotation,insufficient attention to urban cultural symbols,and insufficient presentation of urban humanistic care.In terms of practical application,the lens is still suspended "over the city",and has not penetrated into the city life.The eager economic benefits have driven the number of propaganda films to rise while the quality is uneven.The“floating light” type of lens stacking lacks novelty,and the homogenous city image of “One Thousand City ” is criticized by the audience.In the environment of high cost and largeproduction,many promotional films only focus on the form and ignore the content,which is difficult to resonate with the audience.The third part expands on how to tap the cultural connotation in the city publicity film from four aspects.Firstly,it is to innovate the content form of the publicity film,not to stick to the original creation mode;secondly to collect and organize the city’s historical documents to enrich the city Historical elements;again,capture the vivid characters in the city,add detailed descriptions and other close-up shots to form the narrative of the picture;finally walk into the city life,and dig out the urban life of ordinary citizens,it can be seen that deep excavation of urban characteristic elements is to promote the city The fundamental driving force for the development of promotional videos.The fourth part focuses on the expression of the cultural connotation of the propaganda film.At present,the theoretical research of urban publicity films is not yet mature,and most of them are created in a model way.Although some creative exploration has been carried out,the picture is very beautiful,the scene description is both grand and delicate,both urban architectural landscape and human history,but the overall flow is in the form of floating on the surface,lack of in-depth humanistic experience and expression of humanistic feelings,can not satisfy The growing aesthetic needs of the audience.Therefore,this chapter explains the expression of the cultural connotation of the propaganda film from the three aspects of using rhetoric to make the picture more vivid,grasping the cultural symbols,accurately positioning the city image,and expressing the city story from a natural perspective.The fifth part uses the audio-visual language to analyze the production of urban publicity films.Propaganda films are inseparable from the support of technology and art.From the composition,scene,color of the picture to the music on the sound,commentary,and simultaneous sound,the combination of audio-visual can create a beautiful city image. |
