Looking For A Match Point Of Chinese Contemporary Oil Painting In The Folk Art

Oil painting,as a kind of foreign paintings,was greatly influenced by Western art at the beginning of Chinese oil painting development.Nowadays,with the development of global economic development,Chinese oil paintings have shown a diversified development pattern.As a traditional art form,folk art is a kind of conceptual art that is refined and generalized.Its shape and color show the unique charm of nationality,which is the most worthy of absorption and reference in the development of our oil painting.Folk art can provide Chinese artists with broad ideas,help them to explore the culture of our nation,as well as studying and drawing on them.Folk art can be connected with contemporary oil paintings,promote the development of contemporary oil paintings and excellent Chinese traditional culture.The content of this paper is to explore the match point of folk art and contemporary oil painting.The content of the thesis is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is an overview of folk art,summarizing the types and connotations of folk art.The second chapter is an overview of the development of contemporary oil painting,analyzing the development of oil painting and the problem faced now.The third chapter analyzes the reasons why folk art can be matched with contemporary oil paintings,from the perspective of the background and aesthetic development of contemporary oil painting and the need of the development of Chinese comtemporary oil painting.The fourth chapter analyzes the reference of contemporary artists to folk art and explore the feasibility of the integration of folk art and contemporary oil painting by analyzing the sucessful experiences.The paper summarizes the practical significance of folk art’s elements to Chinese contemporary oil painting.
