The choice of food appears in our life all the time.Whether in the process of purchasing ingredients or in the restaurant menu,the result of food decision-making is influenced by both external cues and the personal characteristics of the decision maker.Perception clues in the present study describes food choices as an external influencing factors to explore the effects of individual food choices in foods may fear the new scale FNS screened the new tendency and food is a new tendency of the participants,by providing clues to different perception of food material selection situation,when no direct contact with the food itself,sensory information influence on food choice decisions,and the perception clues content will make the participants explore the avoidance phenomenon in bad faith.The results showed that :(1)the score of food attempt intention in the group with perceived information and with perceived materials was significantly higher than that in the group without perceived materials,and the difference of food neophobia was particularly significant.(2)the subjects were more likely to like crispy and crispy taste descriptors than other taste descriptors.Reading the taste description of crispy food could improve the positive emotions of the subjects.Under different food taste types,the subjects with food fear of new tendency had obvious differences in food choices between the two kinds of tastes.The subjects with food fear of novelty were significantly more willing to try unfamiliar foods when they read the food materials with crispy taste than when they read the food materials with soft taste.(3)there was no significant difference in the results of trust game decision-making task between the subjects reading food materials containing perceptual clues and those reading food materials in the control group,and the perceptual clues would not bring more human risk experience to the subjects.
