Research On The Cultural Heritance Of Guizhou Minority Folk Songs In The Virtual Song Field

In the process of modernization,the inheritance field of traditional folk songs has been gradually disappearing,which is undoubtedly a blow to the inheritance of folk songs.However,the emergence of new media provides a new field and possibility for the inheritance of folk songs :the virtual song field.New media is a double-edged sword.On the one hand,folk songs present more cultural characteristics in the new media field and bring new advantages to the inheritance of folk songs.On the other hand,new problems inevitably arise and thus bring about new challenges.From the perspective of Bourdieu’s "cultural reproduction" theory,this paper focuses on the changes of the inheritance field of folk song in the new media era.Under the guidance of Sun Xinru’s theory on the path of national communication,this paper analyzes and summarizes the practical path of folk song inheritance of Guizhou minorities in the context of new media.As a result,this paper could serve as reference for the inheritance of traditional folk songs.This paper consists of an introduction and three chapters:The introduction focuses on the origin,significance and methods of the research.By going through relevant literature on "the inheritance and development of minority culture","the development of the new media and minority folk song culture" and“ Guizhou minority folk songs”,this paper defines relevant concepts and studies the cultural inheritance of minority folk song in Guizhou from the perspective of the new media,demonstrating the feasibility and necessity of this study.The first chapter starts with "media presence".It puts the media in the basic background where it plays a role and figures out how the media is "present".By tracing the changes of the song field,it links the folk song with the new media from the vertical aspect of history.By exploring the practical dilemma facing the traditional songfield and the possible changes brought by the new media,it also analyses the challenges arising during the changes of the virtual song field.The second chapter focuses on the "media logic".By studying the virtual song field of Guizhou minority folk songs from the perspective of thnographic study of virtual ethnography,it analyze how the singers interact and what is spread in the folk songs in order to find out the form in which the virtual song field appears.And thus the cultural characteristics and the reasons for its being could be further analyzed.Chapter three analyses the "media meaning".Going beyond an analysis of the theory,it analyzes the results of the phenomenon and the significance behind it.It first discusses how habitus and capital construct the virtual song field,and then analyzes the functions the virtual song field has and the challenges facing it in the context of the new media.As a result,it could be clearly seen that the virtual song field serves as a double-edged sword.At last,by discussing the virtual song field,the paper would summarize the inspiration from minority culture inheritance in the new media era.It is suggested that the new media technology should be sensibly used during the inheritance of culture.On the one hand,we need to make full use of its communication advantages;on the other hand,we should recognize the rising communication problems.
