The Puppet Manchu Administrative Official Document is an administrative document used by the Puppet Manchukuo Government, which was fostered and controlled by Japanese imperialism during the Chinese Anti-Japanese War.The Puppet Manchu official document is a colonial official document produced under the colonial rule of foreign invaders. It is a special phenomenon in the history of the development of Chinese official documents and has important academic research value and historical significance. This paper takes the administrative documents of manchukuo as the research object, and comprehensively USES the methods of literature research, analysis and induction, comparative research and case study to focus on the basic characteristics of the different stages of administrative documents of manchukuo, the degradation of the usage norms of official documents, the article form of official documents, and the language characteristics of official documents.First of all,the administrative documents of manchukuo under the background of Japanese imperialist colonial politics show the characteristics of transitional and colonial stages.Starting from the colonial political background of the manchukuo government, this study focuses on the basic characteristics of administrative documents in the early and late period of manchukuo. The following findings were obtained in this study. From March 1932 to February 1934,various policies of Japanese imperialist colonization of northeast China in the early stage of manchukuo were not yet mature, and the government of manchukuo implemented the temporary "republican system" political system.Under the influence of the temporary system, the official documents of datong had some transitional characteristics in the early period of manchukuo. From March 1934 to August 1945,the later period of manchukuo implemented the "monarchy",and the Japanese imperialists realized the comprehensive colonial control over the government of manchukuo through the "general affairs system" and the "deputy minister responsibility system".Under the strengthening of Japanese colonial system, the official documents of manchukuo Kant have obvious colonial characteristics.Secondly, the reform of manchukuo’s political system brought about the degeneration of manchukuo’s administrative document procedure.Japanese imperialism strengthened its colonial control, resulting in the change of the puppet manchukuo regime from a "republic" to a "monarchy",which further resulted in the backwardness of the administrative document procedures of the puppet manchukuo to varying degrees. The reform of the political system of the "manchukuo" resulted in the political attribute of the general types of administrative documents of the "manchukuo" shifting from modernity to feudalism, the design of official document types shifting from simplicity to complexity, the restoration of the writing requirements of feudal documents, and the shelving of some regulations on the use of official documents. All these show the trend of the constant backwardness of the official document procedure.Thirdly, the backwardness of the production norms of the official documents of manchukuo makes the article style of the official documents of manchukuo present the coexistence of new style and old style.Because the writer’s administrative level is different, the article style of the official document such as the executive order is complex and diverse; The document used for notifying information has a complex style, both in duplicate, and restore the old form of the phenomenon; The documents used for reporting and requesting information are the official documents that inform the chief. As officials at all levels relayed and retweeted, most of the articles in such documents were cumbersome and lengthy. The documents used for instruction and reply are generally direct narration and reply to questioners,so the style of the article is relatively simple and the writing mode is relatively fixed.Official communication documents and official letters and so on belong to the parallel official documents, mostly "three-paragraph" structure, the language is humble is its distinctive characteristics. Finally, the Japanese imperialist colonial rule had a profound impact on the written language of manchukuo’s administrative documents. In the early and late period of manchukuo, both classical and vernacular Chinese existed in written administrative documents, and the written language of most official documents was dominated by classical Chinese. The Professional terms in the administrative documents of the "manchukuo" show a mixture of old and new, with many complicated and confusing terms and cliches in the feudal documents. In addition, under the influence of Japanese colonization, the written language of manchukuo’s administrative documents was written in both Japanese and Chinese, and a large number of "Concorde language" appeared. |
