| As an independent branch of painting,Chinese landscape painting reflects traditional Chinese philosophy and has its own unique aesthetic characteristics.In the development history of Chinese painting,landscape painting occupies an important position and plays an important role.As an important element of landscape painting,composition plays an irreplaceable role in landscape painting creation.The southern song painters Ma Yuan and Xia Gui,with their unique composition and profound artistic conception,opened up a new era of landscape painting composition in the history of painting,guided the development direction of landscape painting composition since the southern song dynasty,and enriched the expression style of landscape painting.This paper takes the composition of Ma Yuan and Xia Gui’s landscape works as the entry point,and mainly discusses them from three aspects.The first is an overview of the composition characteristics of Ma Yuan and Xia Gui’s landscape works,including the causes of "corner composition",specific composition characteristics,and its artistic value in the history of painting.The research results play a great guiding role in the author’s creation.Secondly,the author from the aspects of content,pen and ink techniques for Ma Yuan,these composition characteristics and implication of the "landscape" marginal analysis,this paper,the composition characteristics of creation of skillfully applied to the practice of the author,through a series of guidelines for the specific practice,induction and summary,make Ma Yuan,these "landscape" edges more theoretical,specific characteristics of composition.The third is to summarize the experience and perception in practical creation,and at the same time make a clear plan for the author’s creative direction.Through combing the theories and works of Ma Yuan and Xia Gui on "landscape on the edge",as well as the practice and summary in the series of "home mountain in the heart".So that the author of Ma Yuan,Xia Gui’s "corner composition" have a more profound understanding. |
