| Adopting the framework of linguistic typology,this article describes and analyzes the three syntactic expressions of Definiteness in Chenghai Min Dialect.We compare their similarities and differences phonological patterns,syntactic and pragmatic functions to summarize their characteristics and the relationship between them.The article can be divided into five chapters.The first chapter is introduction.First of all,we outline the basic situation of Chenghai and Chenghai Min dialect.Secondly,we summarize the research overview related to this article,and review their advantages and disadvantages.Thirdly,we propose the solutions related to this article for legacy issues.At last,we outline the purpose,corpus source and signs of this thesis.Chapter Two describes and analyzes the phonological patterns,syntactic and pragmatic functions of demonstrative+classifier+(NP)constructions.According to the tone sandhi of demonstrative,we first divide them into four sub-categories by and examine them one by one,and secondly,to clarify the evolutionary relationship and parallel relationship between them.Chapter Three describes and analyzes the phonological patterns,syntactic and pragmatic functions of definite classifier+NP construction.Through the comparison between it and demonstrative+classifier+NP,we demonstrate the syntactic source and evolution path of the structure to summarize its typological characteristic and revise some views of relevant research.Chapter Four describes and analyzes the phonological patterns,syntactic and pragmatic functions of definite bare classifiers.Based on the difference of the three aspects above,they are divided into two types: the bare-A type and the bare-B type.The article also makes a brief explanation of some questions about the syntactic source of definite bare classifiers in Chenghai Min dialect.Chapter Five is the conclusion which summarizes the main points of the view,innovation,shortcomings and further research direction. |
