Teachers are the main generation subjects of teaching decision-making.Teacher thinking and cognition are constantly developing and updating in the process of teaching decision-making.The new round of “National Training Program” of the Ministry of Education aims to improve professional competencies of primary and secondary school teachers.The research of teacher teaching decision-making improves teacher decision-making qualities and further promotes professional competencies.The thesis takes the junior high school teacher of English as the main research object of teacher decision-making,analyses the internalization generation,externalization generation and sharing generation mechanism of junior high school teacher of English teaching decision-making,through the method of qualitative research,combined with the literature research method,case analysis method,interviewing method and other research methods.First of all,teachers form new teaching decisions in knowledge acquisition,teaching practice and teaching reflection.This is the process of transforming the general teaching decision-making knowledge into the teacher's internal teaching decision-making knowledge.Secondly,the teacher expresses the implicit teaching decision in the form of extracting data,summarizing the content,presenting the language,etc.,that is,the teacher presents the implicit teaching decision in an explicit way.Thirdly,the exchange of knowledge and practice between individual teachers and groups of teachers is utilized to share and generate teaching decision-making of teachers,forming a decision-making community.The generation mechanism of these three different processes has different characteristics and operation mode,but these three processes are synchronized in the generation process,and there is no obvious sequence.The generation of teacher teaching decision-making is a process of active information selection and processing,active learning and cooperation,sharing and interaction,as well as a process of constant criticism and reflection.This paper proposes the strategies to promote the decision-making generation of junior high school teacher of English: First,teachers are supposed to learn teaching theory,which is the driving force for junior high school teachers of English to make teaching decisions.The second teachers are supposed to reflect through writing teaching diary,analyzing teaching cases and obtaining feedback information,which is an important source for junior high school teacher of English to make teaching decisions.Thirdly,teachers' training should be carried out to guarantee the decision-making generation of junior high school teachers of English.Finally,schools should actively guide,encourage and support the generation of junior high school teacher of English decision-making,and promote the professional development of junior high school teacher of English.
