Research On Government Function In Coordinated Development Of Dragon Boat Festival Culture And Tourism Economy

In the report of the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China,it was clearly pointed out that at the present stage,the contradiction between the people’s ever-growing demand for a better life and the unbalanced and inadequate development is the major social contradiction.At present,with the continuous development of social economy,people’s income level gradually increases,and their living needs also tend to be diversified.Specifically,the actual needs of tourism are no longer just sensory tourism at a simple level,but gradually sublimate to the psychological enjoyment at the level of understanding history and culture.In the new era,for the government,to give full play to their responsibilities,combined with the actual needs of people,to promote the continuous progress and development of the miluo city tourism and cultural industry,in view of cultural resources to further strengthen the innovation,and gradually promote the integration of traditional culture and tourism economy development.Starting from Miluo’s traditional culture of Dragon Boat Festival,this study understands Miluo’s plan for the development of Dragon Boat Festival culture tourism.it analyses the integration degree of traditional culture and Miluo’s tourism development,and summarizes the importance of government functions in promoting the development of traditional culture tourism economy of Dragon Boat Festival and points to be improved.Combining with a large number of documents and departmentalmaterials,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the management and planning of the Dragon Boat Festival from the perspectives of the integration of traditional culture and tourism economy,the relationship between government functions and cultural tourism economy,the functional relationship between government departments,and the innovative development ideas of the government in utilizing characteristic human resources.Finally,we try to put forward some corresponding countermeasures,such as strengthening the government’s service function,focusing on Ideological guidance,developing the pillars of characteristic industries,creating innovative tourism projects,and improving the public service system of Dragon Boat Festival cultural tourism to promote the economic development of Miluo Dragon Boat Festival cultural tourism.
