Based on the hypothesis that hand movements under general environmental conditions and hands-on operations in physical environments will affect the individual's creative thinking, this paper explores the effects of hand movements and physical environments on individual's creative thinking through three research designs. The experiment was completely randomized by single factor design.Participants in each group were randomly assigned to either the experimental group or the control group. The experimental process is divided into three stages, the first stage gives participants three minutes to solve the problem;the second stage has 10 minutes, the experimental group and the control group accept different experimental treatment, the main difference is whether there are hand movements, whether to present pictures of materials and whether to provide operating materials;the third stage gives participants 10 minutes to solve the problem.Chi-square test and independent sample t-test were used to analyze the participants' completion and the effect of the answers.Study 1: Hand movements affect creative thinking in disembodied environment.Through the design of two parallel experiments, the results show that in disembodied environment, the individual's performance is better in the experimental group. The participants in the control group only accept filling tasks without hand movements. The problem-solving ideas are poorer than those in the experimental group.Study 2: Practical manipulation in embodied environment inspires creative thinking. The two observation indicators of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group and the results were significantly different in statistics.Individuals had intuitive perception of the problem situation in the embodied environment. The experimental group used materials to think more directly about the problem, and the individual's operation showed the path of thinking.Based on the support of the previous two research results, this paper proposes research 3: the influence of hand movements in disembodied environment and hands-on operation in embodied environment on creative thinking. As expected, there is a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group. The manipulation of environmental variables and the individual's hand activities have a superimposed effect on the development of individual creative thinking. The design of hand action link is to arrange and design the puzzle game of poker toprovide the participants with the opportunity to accumulate a certain kind of hand action repeatedly. The puzzle-guessing task can conceal the relationship between hand movements and creative problem solving, thus creating a "disembodied environment" which is not related to the problem-solving environment. After two parallel experiments in study 1,participants were asked to give feedback to the game. The results showed that participants did not know how the puzzle game was related to the questions they were going to solve in the third stage. Therefore,in the process of hand movement, the individual was in a disembodied environment. In Study 2 and 3,the way to manipulate environmental variables is to provide participants with specific operating environment for problem description, that is,to show the material described by the problem to the individual in the way of picture presentation, and the individual in the experimental group gets the material in the picture when solving the problem again in the third stage.Through the operation of these practical materials, help individuals solve the 17 A problem. The manipulation of these variables aims at providing individuals with a "embodied environment",which is related to problem solving. The results show that the operation of the experiment has a positive effect on the inspiration of creative thinking: after the accumulation of hand movements, the individual is in the environment related to problem solving, while the individual operates and uses the resources provided by the environment, activates the individual's bodily experience more, and achieves better completion and answer results. The three results all support the embodied theory that hand movement and problem solving in embodied environment can arouse individuals to produce more body perception and action experience, which supports the theme of the topic: body movement and interaction between individuals and environment, inspires individuals' cognitive activities in advanced thinking — creative thinking, and promotes individuals to explore problems more actively. At the same time,it promotes individuals to seek ways to solve problems from more perspectives.
