Research On The Dynamic Mechanism Of Xinjiang Cultural Industry Development

In the context of the rapid development of the global economy,the impact of vandalism and environmental pollution in the process of industrialization has gradually emerged,and countries have begun to seek new economic growth points.The tertiary industry has attracted the attention of all countries with the characteristics of environmental protection,clean and low pollution,and has become the main force for improving the speed of economic development.Among them,the rapid rise of the cultural industry is the most representative.The Ministry of Culture of China established the Industry Department in 1998 and has been in business for more than 20 years.With the deepening of the understanding of the cultural industry,China's cultural industry has completed three major leap from the definition of cultural industry statistical concept,industrial system construction to strategic status.During this period,the rapid development of the cultural industry was not only reflected in its own economic development,but also showed obvious driving effects on other industries.Among them,the multi-department represented by the tourism sector began to actively participate in the integration of cultural industries.In the process.Xinjiang has rich historical and cultural resources,but the development of cultural industries is at a downstream level nationwide.Under the policy orientation of the “Belt and Road Initiative”,the rural revitalization strategy,and the integration of cultural and travel development,this paper seeks ways to accelerate the development of Xinjiang's cultural industry from the perspective of industrial development dynamic mechanism.Through the research and analysis of the development of cultural industry in the whole country and Xinjiang,the problems in the development of cultural industry in Xinjiang are clarified.On this basis,the dynamic mechanism of Xinjiang cultural industry development is analyzed.Finally,the purpose is to solve the existing problems and speed up the development.Design a new dynamic mechanism for the development of Xinjiang's cultural industry.In order to improve the development speed of Xinjiang's cultural industry,this paper carries out comparative analysis and empirical calculation of the status quo of cultural industry development in China and Xinjiang,from the industrial scale of cultural industry,resident cultural consumption,cultural industry employment,regional economic development and government policy.Supporting five aspects to explore the reasons for the slow development of Xinjiang's cultural industry.After that,combined with the analysis of industrial dynamic mechanism,this paper studies the dynamic mechanism of Xinjiang's current cultural industry development from the two aspects of endogenous and exogenous dynamic mechanism,and finds that the current driving force of Xinjiang's cultural industry development is mainly driven by the development of endogenous dynamic mechanism.The good phenomenon,the industry as a whole has not been fully developed.On this basis,this paper starts from the three aspects of production,consumption and talent construction,focuses on improving the endogenous dynamic mechanism,and gradually improves the guarantee effect of exogenous dynamic mechanism on the development of cultural industry,and designs new for the development of cultural industry in Xinjiang.The dynamic mechanism to accelerate the development of Xinjiang's cultural industry.
