An Analysis Of The Artistic Features Of Chen Zhuoming's Sculpture Creation

Chen Zhuoming was an artist born in the 1950 s.This generation was influenced by the Soviet sculpture teaching mode in the early period due to the special historical period.In the late 1980 s and 1990 s,the introduction of Western modern art,they were in the development period of Chinese sculpture.The transition period,responsibility and choice,life and professionalism,limitations and expansion,and inheriting the past and the future,this generation has made tremendous contributions.As one of them,Chen Zhuoming inherits the tradition of the older generation of sculptors.Based on the culture of Hunan culture,he dares to be the first and the heavy,to appreciate the meticulousness of southern art,to absorb international multiculturalism and to integrate himself into his sculptural creations.The fullness of the rich Hunan has local characteristics and the atmosphere of the times.This article takes Chen Zhuoming's representative works from 1982 to the beginning of the 21 st century as a starting point,systematically sorts out his life history and sculpture creation,discusses his sculpture creation achievements,ideological connotations and artistic features,and tries to define his sculpture creation in Hunan.The contribution made and the impact.The article is divided into the following four chapters.The opening introduction explains the research object,significance and research status of the topic,and combs the research ideas and methods of this paper.The second chapter explores the development history of Chen Zhuoming from the perspective of macro history.The root of the sculpture creation style;the third chapter from the perspective of sculpture creation,through the analysis of Chen Zhuoming's creation of the Huxiang celebrity series of sculptures and international art exchange results,micro-angle analysis of their human objects and important works of art,showing their artistic achievements;The fourth chapter studies the expression language of Chen Zhuoming's sculpture creation,analyzes the essence of Huxiang culture conveyed by it,and compares it with the contemporary or similar artists' works to comprehensively explain the artistic characteristics and deep charm of his sculpture creation.Finally,we will sort out and summarize the views of the full text.
