With the continuous development of the Chinese economy and the continuous improvement of its international status,especially China's accession to the World Trade Organization,after the successful hosting of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games,there has been a wave of "China's fever" around the world.Chinese has become the most used language in English and the world.More and more people have begun to learn Chinese.As China's immediate neighbour,Kazakhstan's state relations have gradually risen to the level of strategic partners.More and more companies are desperately in need of bilingual professionals who are proficient in Chinese for business and administrative work.The upsurge of Chinese learning has become a bright spot in Kazakh higher education.But at present,there are still some problems in the Chinese language education,which restrict the development of Chinese language teaching in Kazakhstan.In this paper,the investigation and study of the current Confucius Institute in Kazakhstan objectively reflects the situation of several Confucius Institutes.Through the investigation and study of many aspects,the advantages and problems of the Confucius Institute are obtained,and the conclusions of successful experiences and problems are summarized.Suggestions were put forward,hoping to help the development of the Confucius Institute in Kazakhstan and promote the development of Chinese teaching in Kazakhstan and Chinese cultural exchanges.Let all sectors of society in China and Kazakhstan increase their awareness of Confucius Institutes in Kazakhstan and increase their support for the development of Confucius Institutes.
