The adverb "Ye(也)" is not only one of commonly used adverbs in Chinese daily communication,but also one of important teaching grammar point in teaching Chinese as a foreign language.In recent years,many experts and scholars have carried out a lot of researches and analysis from many aspects.But the studies are less in the adverb "Ye(也)"in teaching Chinese as a foreign language,especially about special countries.The thesis mainly aims at the acquisition and use of the adverb "Ye(也)" by learners who study Chinese at Soochow University in Laos,which is divided into six parts.The part of "Introduction" mainly explains the origin of the topic and the research status.In addition,many research methods are applied in the thesis,such as researching documents,collecting questionnaires and combining the analysis of microcosmic with the analysis of macrographs,meanwhile,the source of the corpora is discussed in brief.Chapter 1 mainly discusses the semantic,sentence structure and pragmatic features of the adverb "Ye(也)"then elaborate the classification of the basic meanings of "Ye(也)" in the dictionary and the different views of experts,analyses the semantic and syntactic of the sentence sentences with and without premises.After that,thesis compares with the sentences which are deleted the adverb "Ye(也)",from the perspective of pragmatic characteristics.Chapter 2 focuses on the results of the questionnaire which is tested by the data analysis software and analyses the specific situation of the acquisition and use of the adverb "Ye(也)" from the perspective of questionnaire design,survey subjects and survey results.Chapter 3 focuses on the acquisition errors,mainly classifies the errors in teaching practice,the questionnaire and related reference books as well as the error cases of the adverb "Ye(也)"acquired by Chinese learners in teaching practice are comprehensively organized.This part sums up the errors that often appear in the adverb "Ye(也)",which is divided into:wrong generation,wrong order,omission,hybrid and others.In addition,according to the result of data analysis in the chapter 2,this part expounds the causes of errors from the aspects of learners themselves,teachers’ teaching and teaching materials,mainly including negative transfer of mother tongue,negative transfer of target language,influence of learning strategies,misdirection of teaching materials,influence of teachers’teaching,and so on.The causes of errors can be used for the futher analysis of the key points of teaching of the adverb "Ye".Chapter 4 puts forward the strategies of teaching from several aspects,which is based on the results of questionnaire.
