Research On Chinese Mainland Worker-themed Films Of The New Century

Workers are important force in promoting social development,and they have made tremendous contributions and sacrifices for the country's economic growth.Since the spontaneous start of Chinese film,there has never been a shortage of writing for the group of workers.After the founding of PRC,workers have been the main target of film creation for quite a long time.As a product of political,economic and cultural development,Chinese mainland worker-themed films once assumed the task of preaching mainstream ideology.It has an important position in the history of Chinese films and has also retained a strong and colorful stroke in the history of Chinese films.However,with the changes of the economic system and the social environment,the number of Chinese mainland worker-themed films has suffered from a sharp decline in the number,and the theme of Chinese mainland workerthemed films has become monotonous.The predicament is also an opportunity.Chinese mainland worker-themed films of the new century have revived in the new written context.The characters are more diverse,the forms of expression are more diverse,and the aesthetic meaning is more abundant.This thesis is divided into four chapters: The first chapter analyzes the generating context of Chinese mainland worker-themed films of the new century from the perspective of political economy and social culture.The second chapter analyzes the typical three types of workers' images in the Chinese mainland workerthemed films of the new century from the perspective of character writing,including Three-line workers,the laid-off workers of state-owned enterprises and the migrant workers.The third chapter analyzes the unique spatial presentation of the Chinese mainland worker-themed films of the new century from the perspective of vision and hearing.The fourth chapter analyzes the Chinese mainland worker-themed films of the new century,which has both cold and realistic,poetic and nostalgic aesthetic implication.Finally,based on the current market environment of commercialization and consumerism,I will take a comprehensive view of the value,limitations and development of Chinese mainland worker-themed films of the new century.
