Under the background of economic globalization and cultural integration,flipped classroom,originated in the U.S.,is a new kind of teaching mode and form of organizing class,which provides new perspectives and inspiration for English education refort in China.Flipped classroom put more emphasis on developing students' learning interest and cultivating their learning autonomy,collaborative learning habit and creative thinking pattern,which are in accordance with the Curriculum Reform required of vocational schools.However,few researchers have been conducted on developing vocational school students' autonomous learning ability in the flipped English classroom.So by examining the English flipped classroom of the Accounting Majors in senior vocational schools,this research is to study the correlation between the senior vocational students' autonomous learning ability and their academic achievements,which is significant in promoting flipped classroom teaching in our college and in cultivating students' learning autonomy.The author chooses the students of WuZhong Vocational School as the research participants,uses quantitative and qualitative methods,and then analyzes data and draws conclusions as follows:First,the flipped classroom teaching mode can promote vocational school students' learning autonomy;Second,the implementation of flipped classroom teaching,to a large extent,improves the students' scores of professional English;Third,flipped classroom teaching,contributes largely to positive correlation between vocational school students' autonomous learning ability and academic achievement Finally,the author found some problems of self-study materials,students'self-discipline and hardware facility in the implementation of the study,and put forward some suggestions.
