With the development of Internet technology,recent years research and product combines education and "Internet +" technology increasingly emerge in endlessly.Cognitive Diagnosis Computerized Adaptive Testing(CD-CAT)has both the advantage of the Cognitive Diagnosis and Computerized Adaptive Testing,and is able to estimate student's knowledge state efficiently and accurately.What's more,rather than a general score or capacity value,CD-CAT can provide more detailed diagnosis information than the ordinary Computerized Adaptive Testing,which makes teachers easier to achieve targeted specific understanding of the students learning efficiency and learning effectiveness,and on this basis is tailored for students to customize their own teaching plan of compensation.However,the most existing research about CD-CAT are based on parameter item selection strategy and cognitive diagnosis model,which compared with nonparametric method,need more assumptions,larger sample size,and is more complex to calculate.Therefore,if you want to use in practice application parameters for software development and system development method,implementation process is more difficult and complex,and the accuracy and efficiency estimating knowledge state cannot be guaranteed.So,in the actual system development,using the nonparametric method is more suitable.But the existing CD-CAT research mostly focused on monotomously scored item selection strategy and discriminant method.However,multistage ratings of Constructed-Response item(CR)is also very important in educational and psychological measurement.Within nonparametric methods,Manhattan Distance Discrimination Method(MDD)is simple,and can be applied to multilevel evaluation project.MDD method has advantages like: fewer restrictions,premises are easier to satisfy,the calculation process is simple,short time-consuming,the accuracy of calculation is not dependent on the subjects of sample size and do not need to repeated iteration and estimate the parameters,and is very applicable to polytomously scored and small sample tests is.Therefore,this study developed several discriminantion methods,item selection strategies,and termination rules on the basis of the MDD method,which can be used in Nonparameter Cognitive Diagnostic Computerized Adaptive Testing(npCD-CAT).And in the simulation study,these discriminant methods,item selection strategies,and termination rules are compared to each other.At last,the superior methods are chosen to compare with Parameter Cognitive Diagnostic Computerized Adaptive Testing,to investigate the accuracy,efficiency and security of npCD-CAT system.Because of the existing research lacks the CD-CAT practical application,this study built a polytomously scored item bank in the field of number and algebra,which can be applied to npCD-CAT,and develop the npCD-CAT system,through the empirical study to verify its validity.The results of the study are as follows:(1)Within the nonparametric discriminantion methods the accuracy,test efficiency and test security of R_MDD method and I_MDD method are higher than P_MDD method,and the difference between them is slight;Within nonparametric item selection strategies,the accuracy of Q_NPIS is slightly higher than R_NPIS,but its security is lower than Q_NPIS,and on the test efficiency,there is little difference between the two;Within nonparametric termination rules,the accuracy of D3 termination rule rate is slightly higher than the D1 termination rule,but its efficiency and test security is lower than D1 termination rule.(2)In most conditions,the accuracy for I_MDD discriminantion method is higher than GP-DINA modle,but when the test length is long or original item number is large,the accuracy of GP-DINA modle is higher than I_MDD discriminantion method;The efficiency and test security of I_MDD method is higher than that of GP-DINA model;The accuracy,efficiency and test security of Q_NPIS is higher than ps-HKL strategy.Thus,The accuracy,efficiency and test security of npCD-CAT system is higher than psCD-CAT system.(3)In the field of number and algebra,cognitive diagnostic test item difficulty distribution range is wide,the overall difficulty is relatively low;Project distinction degree is high.The difficulty of attributes is low.The test of item bank's reliability is highe,reached more than 0.8.In addition to the A6 attribute,the difficulty of the same attribute differences between each tests is small,so the item bank good validity,can be applied to npCD-CAT system.(4)The npCD-CAT system hss concise interface,comprehensive functions,and can realize accurate and efficient diagnosis of student's knowledge state,has high consistency with the actual situation of the students.
