During the Anti-Japanese War,the Kuomintang established the Youth League of the Three People's Bodies(referred to as the "Three Youth League")extensively throughout the country to mobilize youth forces. After the establishment of Yongjia County Branch of the Three Youth League in 1939,it closely contacted all circles of the Party, government and army to expand the organizational foundation, levy youth into the League, and form a "one-league-one-club" pattern with the Youth Service Society of Yongjia. This paper makes a systematic study of the organizational form, the development of League affairs and the main activities of the League as a whole, and then explores the operational mechanism of the League. At the same time, aiming at the problem that Yongjia Branch is involved in local politics in the process of expanding to grass-roots society, the relationship between Yongjia Branch and county government and county Party headquarters is further discussed. In addition,it explains the specific matters of the merger of the Party and the League, and reveals the subjective and objective reasons for the failure of Yongjia Branch in mobilizing young people. Finally, based on the development history of Yongjia Branch,it makes an overall evaluation and strives for objectivity and fairness.
