| China’s ancient sculptural art is an indispensable part in traditional culture,and among which,Tang Dynasty and Song Dynasty possessed its unique research value as the historical dividing period of ancient Chinese sculptures changing from flourish to decadence.Sculptures showed the political environment,social system and cultural background at different historical periods,and general history also recorded the economic development and aesthetic orientation at different historical period.Females in the feudal society were restricted in the aspects such as politics,economy and culture because of social status.Studying the ancient female culture has an immeasurable significance for studying the ancient Chinese society.In this paper,Tang Dynasty and Song Dynasty are taken as the background,and sculptures of traditional Chinese beautiful women are taken as the study objects,thus to respectively compare the art characteristics of sculptures of traditional Chinese beautiful women,female aesthetic characteristics,as well as the reasons for the differences between them.The tang dynasty was prosperous,social consciousness was open,and the art of sculpture flourished.At this time,the social status of women is enhanced women’s social status is improved,the women decorate the inheritance of the former generation,absorb the integration of the foreign domain culture constantly to promote the new.the tang dynasty women’s unique,open and public aesthetic characteristics to the extreme.In the last generation,the social climate of internal and external affairs is a conservative,weak state.and the artistic loss of the former generation of sculpture is reduced,and the ancient Chinese sculpture gradually waned.The suppression of human desire and the restriction of the norms of women’s behavior have led to a decline in the social status of women in this time,and the influence of the social environment on the image,forming the aesthetic characteristics of feminine and introverted,delicate and weak song dynasty.This paper is a further comparative study on the image of the two generations of women in tang and song dynasties.Mainly through the development of tang song sculpture,the image of tang and song women sculptures and the analysis of the aesthetic differences of tang and song dynasties,the changes in the development of the tang and song dynasties are the root causes of the ancient Chinese sculpture from the change of the Chinese and the women’s aesthetic differences. |
