Under the background of economic globalization and the continuous improvement of China’s international status,the role and status of the translation industry has become increasingly prominent.However,the research and development of translation enterprise management lags behind,which seriously restricts the rapid development of translation companies and the translation industry.Based on the development of the translation industry in China,this article analyzes the status quo and the industry background of the current domestic translation service companies.The objective of this study is Shenzhen GBT Company and the competition strategy of Shenzhen GBT Company Conducted systematic research.In the overall structure arrangement,this article first analyzes the research background of the translation service industry and research status at home and abroad,and proposes the overall research methods and ideas of the paper.Then the relevant concepts and theories of the translation service industry are expounded,including translation companies’ theories in competition strategy,human resources,marketing management,customer relations and so on,which lays a theoretical foundation for the next research.The third chapter of this paper investigates and analyzes the external environment developed by Shenzhen GBT Company,and uses the EFE analysis method to quantitatively analyze the opportunities and threats facing the company.The fourth chapter investigates and analyzes the company’s internal factors,and uses the IFE analysis method to quantitatively analyze the company’s own advantages and disadvantages.The fifth chapter analyzes SWOT matrix of internal and external environment of Shenzhen GBT Company.Based on this,according to Porter’s three basic competition strategies,ie cost leadership strategy,differentiation strategy and focus strategy,the feasibility comparison is conducted.Analyze and use the quantitative strategic planing matrix to determine the appropriate competitive strategy.This paper gives suggestions for rationalizing and implementing focused strategies,including continuing to strengthen corporate culture construction,optimizing human resources management,strengthening marketing efforts,attaching importance to customer relationship management,and doing a good job of the company’s rational positioning and transformation and upgrading.The service model should be strengthened under the new technology background.Innovation and so on.Finally,this paper summarizes the research on the competitive strategy of the Shenzhen GBT Company and forecasts the future development prospects of the translation service industry at the level of industry development.
