Everyone lives in the society contact with nature and others,encounter all kinds of things will be successful or failure.However,not all individuals will accept themselves and others,and reject and feel lonely in life.And the degree of alienation is too serious to produce a sense of alienation,and the high sense of alienation of individuals to maintain a normal relationship.In the long run,high alienation affects our normal life and study.In this study,questionnaire method was used to study junior middle school students in two schools in Tianjin,to understand the current situation of alienation of junior middle school students in these two schools,and to explore the relationship between alienation and demographic variables,family functions and individual emotion regulation strategies.The results showed that:(1)Junior high school students’ sense of alienation is moderately lower.There is no significant difference in gender and whether it is unique,and the difference is significant at the grade level.(2)There is no significant difference in family function between gender and grade,and there is a difference in whether it is an only child.(3)There is no difference in gender and whether it is unique in the emotional adjustment strategy,and the difference is significant at the grade level.(4)Intimacy and adaptive performance in family function significantly negatively predict alienation.(5)Significant positive predictive cognitive reevaluation strategy for intimacy and adaptive performance in family function.(6)The cognitive reassessment strategy can significantly reduce the sense of negative alienation.(7)Intimacy and adaptive performance in family function significantly negatively predicts alienation,and cognitive reevaluation strategy plays a part in mediating effect.Through analysis and discussion,the study draws the following conclusions;(1)The level of alienation of junior high school students is in the middle of the middle.(2)Intimacy and adaptive performance in family function significantly negatively predicts alienation,the higher the intimacy in the family,the better the adaptability,and the lower the alienation feeling of the adolescents.(3)The intimacy and adaptive performance of family function is significantly positive predictive cognitive reevaluation strategy.The higher the intimacy in the family and the better the adaptability,the stronger the cognitive reevaluation strategy of adolescents.(4)The cognitive reassessment strategy can significantly reduce the sense of alienation,and the better the cognitive re-evaluation strategy of adolescents,the lower the alienation feeling.(5)Intimacy and adaptability in family function will affect the sense of alienation of adolescents through cognitive reevaluation strategy,that is,the better the intimacy and adaptability in the family,the higher the cognitive reevaluation strategy,the lower the adolescent alienation feeling.
