Performance Analysis Of Jiang Zuxin'spiano Suite "Temple Fair"

The "Temple Fair" is one of the famous works of Professor Jiang Zuxin who is a famous music educator in the history of modern music in China.This work won the bronze medal of Moscow World Youth and Student Peace Festival Composing Competition in the 1957.It has became a pianist's exciting moment and a normative textbook in music colleges since then.This work has a certain research value of art in the study of Chinese piano national music creation.My thesis is including four parts.Firstly,this dissertation analyzes the creation background of tample fair and style of Jiang Zuxin.Secondly,I wrote a brief analysis of the creation techniques and the structure of musical form in the Temple Fair.Thirdly,my thesis makes a detailed analysis of the melody emotion expression,the control of the rhythm beat,the control of the speed force,the technique of Arpeggio and tremolos and the application of pedals in the five pieces of music in the Temple Fair.Finally,I will describe how to grasp the Chinese national style and how the preparations to be done before the performance briefly with my own learning and performance experiences.Through the analysis of the four chapters,I wish I could provide a certain reference to the reads when they are playing and studying this song.
