The campaign of intangible cultural heritage protection has been carried out in China for more than 20 years.The government's attention,the mass media's attention and the drive of capital have made the concept of intangible cultural heritage protection a public culture accepted by the public.This consensus and upsurge have gradually formed a context in society.As a living and integral culture,the research object of folk culture is the "living world".In the non-legacy context,the living world will inevitably form a dialogue and interaction with this context in the face of the evaluation of the upper discourse,the focus of mass media and the driving force of commercialization,thus contributing to the evolution of folk culture and the emergence of new folk customs.This new change in the new context also provides different research perspectives and progress space for the further development of this three-dimensional and multi-dimensional work.In this paper,the Dragon Boat folk activities in Yangletian Village of Dao County in Hunan Province are taken as an entry point.At the right time,the Dragon Boat folklore of Dao County is applying for the national intangible cultural heritage.The author has the privilege to witness the preparatory process of Daoxian's application for the heritage,so we can observe the two-way interaction between the non-heritage context and folklore.First,in terms of clan tradition.With the rise of intangible cultural heritage,the government relaxed the control of folk beliefs in the "Oolong Temple" of Yangletian Village,which was originally regarded as "feudal superstition",and the folk beliefs were transformed into traditional culture and revived.Villagers re-sculpture the ancestor " image,and the original "wulong King" image juxtaposed in ancestral temples,and continue to repair temples,expand ancestral temples.Behind this behavior reflects that in the context of intangible cultural heritage,religious life,which originally existed tenaciously and secretly in the private sphere of farmers,actively seeks to obtain legitimacy in public life.In the "Oolong Temple",the villagers mainly believe in the ancestors' beliefs of "the local public",supplemented by various beliefs.On the one hand,it shows the utilitarian and practical pursuit of folk beliefs.On the other hand,it also shows that the long-lasting cultural life of "ancestors-descendants" is the farmers' ontological belief,that is,"Sacred All in One".Secondly,the change of the tradition of the Dragon Boat Festival in Dao County in the context of heritage application.The Dragon Boat Festival Dragon Boat Custom in Dao County has been declared as provincial intangible cultural heritage.In recent years,the county cultural department is preparing to apply for it as a national intangible cultural heritage.In this process,the Dragon Boat Custom in Dao County has received new attention and invisible advocacy.As a result,many villages have recently begun to rowing Dragon boats,and the Dragon Boat Festival ceremony in the village is getting bigger and bigger.The connotation of Dragon Boat Festival Dragon Boat Festival has also changed.Promoted by government departments,Dao County constructed the "Zhonghe Festival" and Zhou Dunyi Millennium International Cultural Festival during the Dragon Boat Festival.However,due to the lack of folk foundation,it is still a strange festival among the people.Finally,in the context of non-relics,the changes of Dragon Boat Custom and Ritual during the Dragon Boat Festival.On the one hand,the change of the personal circumstances of the magicians who performed rituals in Dao County and his requirements for the Dragon Boat Ritual in recent years are analyzed.It is found that villagers pay more and more attention to rituals and need more complex rituals,but the comprehensive recovery of traditional folk culture is still in the waiting period.On the other hand,with the Old Branch Book of Yangletian as an entry point,this paper analyses the change of attitudes of clan parents or cultural elites towards rituals in the new context.It is believed that the fundamental purpose of rituals for villagers is still the ontological belief demand of "ancestors-descendants".However,with the emergence of the new context,it still needs time to consider how young cultural holders will interpret the traditional significance.In the context of heritage application,the Dragon Boat Festival custom in Dao County has been endowed with more Festival connotations;festival ceremonies are held more frequently and complicated;and the ontological belief of "ancestor-descendant" cultural life is more obvious.On the other hand,from the interactive feedback of the Dragon Boat Customs in Dao County in the process of heritage application,we can see that before the preservation of non-heritage sites,fine field investigation is needed to make a deep description and intensive study of local folklore;to mobilize the enthusiasm of the main body of folklore,the protection of the inheritors is the core content of the non-heritage;and we can not ignore the community as the main body of folklore and the culture on which it depends for survival.Eco-environment;pay attention to both internal and external value of non-legacy objects,mainly internal value,in the process of protection without harming the original appearance of non-legacy objects.
