The Study On Folklore Culture Of Bunuyao Zhuzhu Festival In Duan,Guangxi

Zhuzhu Festival is a collective festival of Bunu Yao ethnic group.It is a traditional national festival that commemorates the first mother Miluotuo,sacrifices to the gods of the society,expresses gratitude and wishes to eliminate disasters and pray for blessings.It contains rich cultural connotations.It was held from May 25 to May 29 of the lunar calendar.It was widely popular among the Bunuyao ethnic groups in Duan,Dahua and Bama of Guangxi.Through historical development,it was established by convention,thus forming a featured festival with national characteristics and local customs.From the perspective of folklore,this paper conducts field investigations in selected Festival case areas,and describes and discusses the festival forms,activities,cultural connotations and social functions of Zhuzhu Festival by means of comparative analysis and participatory observation,combined with relevant literature.The article is divided into five chapters.In the introduction part,it explains the reasons for choosing the topic,the purpose and significance of the research,the research methods of the paper and the analysis and collation of the relevant literature.The first chapter takes Du’an County as an example,briefly introduces its physical geography,seasonal climate,mineral and human resources,and briefly outlines the distribution of Bunuyao in Du’an.Chapter two combs and analyses the relevant historical documents of Zhuzhu Festival to understand why the objects of worship come from and why they are worshipped,so as to achieve the purpose of understanding the historical context.The third chapter describes the contents of Zhuzhu Festival.Through participating in the sacrificial ceremonies of Du’an county,village and individual,the sacrificial ceremonies are described in detail and analyzed.Chapter four discusses the cultural connotation,characteristics and social functions of Zhuzhu Festival.This paper analyses the life culture,belief culture and witch culture contained in it,and discusses the functions of festival praying,standardization and inheritance.The last chapter,on the basis of the first four chapters,analyses the significance of festival development based on the current situation,and puts forward corresponding suggestions,expecting it to develop more scientifically.
