| Risk decision-making has always been a hot research topic in the field of psychology. The influence on risk decision-making behavior, including individual differences, emotions, personality, and frame effects, has been attracting the researcher’s attention, with many theories proposed one after another while contradicting with each other.Teenagers,a focused group, were also paid special attention to in the field of risk decision making.Previous research have covered adolescents’ risk decision-making behavior and influence factors under the framework of the gain and loss. However, there are few research regarding adolescents from different social classes;it is the same with research on the impact of social class and life history strategies on the gain and loss of adolescents’ risk decision-making behavior. Therefore, the methods of psychological experiment are adopted, which aims to explore the influence of adolescents from different social classes on the gain and loss of risk decision-making behavior. In experiment 1,210 valid participants were selected. The subjects completed the subjective social class questionnaire and risk decision-making task under the win-loss framing, for the influence of social class on the risk decision-making behavior of adolescents under the win-loss framing. In experiment 2,170 valid participants were selected. The subjects completed the life history strategy questionnaire and risk decision-making task under the win-loss framing, for the influence of life history strategy on the risk decision-making behavior of adolescents under the win-loss framing.Experiment 3 selects 100 effective participants.high and low social classes are involved to complete the life history questionnaire and risk decision-making task under the win-loss framing, for the influence of social class and life history strategy on the risk decision-making behavior of adolescents under the win-loss framing, thus an intermediary adjustment model is established.Through the experimental data,it is found that the win-loss framing plays a regulatory role in the influence of subjective social class as well as life history strategies on adolescents’ risk decision-making behaviors. The adjustment effect of subjective social class is more significant, which is mediated by life history strategies and adjustment model with mediation works. Therefore, the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Influence of social class on the risk decision-making behavior of adolescents under the win-loss framing: adolescents with high subjective social class usually show risk preference under the win framing, and risk avoidance under the loss framing;and adolescents with low subjective social class usually show risk preference under the loss framing, and risk avoidance under the win framing(2)Influence of life history strategy on the risk decision-making behavior of adolescents under the win-loss framing: adolescents with slow life history strategy usually shows risk preference under the win framing, and risk avoidance under the loss framing;and adolescents with fast life history strategy usually shows risk preference under the loss framing, and risk avoidance under the win framing.(3)Influence of social class on the risk decision-making behavior of adolescents under the win-loss framing is mediated by life history strategy.Adolescents with high subjective social class tend to adopt a slow life history strategy, showing risk preference under the win framing and risk avoidance under the loss framing;and adolescents with low subjective social class tend to adopt a fast life history strategy, showing risk preference under the loss framing and risk avoidance under the win framingResearch field of risk decision-making behavior are broadened, and those on adolescent risk decision-making behavior are developed;theoretical support is provided for the influencing factors of adolescents’ decision-making from the perspective of social class,so as to guide the risk decision-making of adolescents in different subjective social classes. The correction of adverse risk decision-making provides a theoretical basis and provides support and reference for relevant research in this field in the future. In addition,as the subject of this study, the conclusions of the study can provide a reference for young people facing risk decision-making,helping young people in different subjective social classes to better understand risk decision-making behaviors, and to identify and correct bad risk decision-making behaviors early. |
