A Study Of The Narrative Of Hatred In Local Novels In The New Century

The writing of resentment in the new century’s local novels is rich and complex.There is a pluralistic trend in the form,spiritual implication and style construction of resentment,and there is a new expansion in the genealogy of resentment in local novels.The resentment here is based on the definition of emotions,themes and phenomena.It points to a kind of resentment which contains hostility.It is not only a literary motif,but also a spiritual and cultural phenomenon with multiple meanings.Based on close reading of the text and from the perspective of resentment,this paper aims to differentiate the form,implication and stylistic characteristics of resentment writing in the new century’s local novels,as well as the value of literary history.This paper mainly includes four parts.The first part is the analysis of the existing form of resentment narration in the new century’s local novels.It tries to show the characters’ marriage and kinship entanglement,the marginal situation of staying in the city and the multi-dimensional conflict and fission under the imbalance of social system through the analysis of love,situation and structure.The second part is about the exploration of the inner meaning of resentment narration in the new century’s local novels,which presents the complexity and richness of narrative spirit at the human,social and cultural levels.The philosophical exploration of life contains deep insights into life experience,and the analysis of social illness aims at examining the ethical and spiritual problems behind the sophisticated living environment.The myth of modern civilization is based on the break of urban and rural civilization,and dialysis the spiritual confusion and dilemma under the circumstances of modern civilization.The third part is the discussion of the formal characteristics of hate narrative style.It intends to examine its stylistic composition from two aspects:the unique story presentation and perspective application of hate narrative.It also explores the irrational writing and the choice of diversified narrative perspectives.It goes beyond the traditional writing order and constructs a relatively extreme way of expression.The fourth part is the macro-entry of literary history,looking at the significance and shortcomings of the resentment narrative of the new century’s local novel to the modern literary history: the new century’s local resentment narrative echoes the reality and the times,is an effective extension of the resentment pedigree of the local novel;the tragedy is insufficient,many similar stories and flat characters are also presented as a monotonous and slippery narrative modality.
