Research On Asset Securitization Of Cultural Media Enterprises

As a market economy under the conditions of our country socialism cultural development important carrier of the culture media industry enterprise,since reform and opening up,developing rapidly,the scale expands unceasingly,not only promoted the rapid development of China's socialist cultural undertakings,have greatly enriched the people's cultural life,and in the development of national economy in our country is playing a more and more important role.With the rapid development and wide application of Internet technology,especially the birth of new media industry represented by electronic information technology,it has a direct impact on China's traditional culture media enterprises.Cultural media enterprises are faced with severe challenges such as business transformation and innovation,and the exploration of new business areas.Both business transformation and innovation,as well as the development of new business areas,need a lot of financial support.However,traditional culture and media enterprises,due to historical and inherent characteristics,are greatly constrained in external financing,especially external debt financing.In order to cope with the new challenges,cultural media enterprises urgently need to seek effective financing channels and ways to raise the required funds.On the basis of in-depth research,this paper draws on relevant research results at home and abroad,takes relevant theories as the guidance,and combines industry background to analyze the basic characteristics of cultural media enterprises and the challenges they face.On this basis,wan xin media was selected as a case enterprise,and the case study method was adopted to analyze and study the asset securitization of wan xin media systematically from the aspects of program design,organization and implementation,as well as the implementation effect,by describing the asset securitization of wan xin media.Through analysis and research,the experience is summarized,the existing problems are revealed,and the corresponding improvement measures are put forward.Finally,this paper summarizes the enlightenment obtained in this study,for other cultural media enterprises to carry out asset securitization for reference or reference.
