| In recent years,Chinese teaching in the Dominican Republic has sprung up in the Caribbean,the number of Chinese language learning has increased,and the scale of Chinese language teaching has continued to expand.This paper uses questionnaires and interviews to investigate and analyze Chinese teaching in the Dominican Republic.It is divided into two parts: Chinese teaching in overseas Chinese primary school and Chinese teaching in colleges and universities.Chinese language teaching for Chinese students,paying attention to the characteristics of the Chinese students,for example,age、their existing Chinese level and acquisition characteristics.And combining the existing curriculum,teaching materials of Chinese schools to summarize the existing teaching problems for improving Chinese teaching in overseas Chinese schools in the Dominican Republic.The Chinese teaching situation in colleges and universities,analyzing the Chinese teaching teacher qualifications,curriculum setting,and cultural promotion,describing the current situation of Chinese teaching,finding the unfavorable factors of Chinese teaching,to provide long-term development of Chinese teaching in colleges and universities.Based on the practical teaching experience of the Chinese teacher volunteer work in the Dominican Republic for a year and the relevant information learned and investigated during the teaching period,this article objectively and truly reflects the current situation of Chinese teaching in the Dominican Republic and the existence of the development problem.It provides some detailed information for scholars who study Chinese language teaching in the Dominican Republic in China,and also provides a time-valued countermeasure reference for Dominican’s future Chinese teaching. |
