Research On The Design Art Of Diversified Style Tattoo Pattern

Tattoo art has a long history around the world.It is recorded that it began in the Stone Age about 14,000 years ago,and it is an unique decorative art to the skin shared by many nationalities in the world.With the passage of time,tattoo,as a relatively minority culture,is being re-recognized in a more open and inclusive social atmosphere.Then how to dispel the secular prejudice that tattoo art is not a social behavior which showing a kind of rebellious personality,but people’s worship of personality and freedom;love and pursuit of life;adherence to beliefs;respect for the past,and a cultural identity to express oneself.This is a new research topic being worthy of consideration.Taking the origin and development of tattoo as the timeline,this paper explores the methods,forms and functions of tattoos in primitive society by elaborating the meaning of tattoos.With the development of tattoo art all over the world,and the mutual influence of the tattoo styles between East and West,contemporary tattooed patterns with the characteristics of the times and regions has been formed.This paper makes a deep research about the classification of these patterns thoroughly and explores the value and significance of the tattoo art in different times.With the continuous progress of society,the development of culture is still an important part.As a disseminator of tattoo culture,it is necessary for tattoo artists to find their own style among the numerous styles of tattoo.They should not only keep learning and improving their own skills,but also insist on their own original motivation to promote the flourishing development of tattoo culture and art.In recent years,the application and expression of tattoo patterns in the new art are popular among young people.This paper gives some examples about the exchange of tattoo in the new art,which provides a theoretical and practical basis for the future artistic research and innovation of tattoo art.
