College students are facing double pressures in terms of study and employment.In recent years,there are many attacks among college students,which will not only harm the attacked,but also bring adverse effects on the physical and mental health of the attackers.The serious ones are more likely to produce violent crimes and endanger social harmony and stability.Therefore,it is of great significance to effectively reduce the aggressive tendency of college students for their physical and mental health development and social harmony and stability.The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship among parenting styles,resilience and aggressive tendency of college students,and to explore whether resilience mediates the influence of parenting styles on aggressive tendency,so as to provide theoretical basis for reducing aggressive tendency of college students.In this study,questionnaire method was used to investigate the parenting styles,aggressive tendency and psychological resilience of college students.The relationship among parenting styles,aggressive tendency and psychological resilience was discussed and studied through statistical analysis.In this study,a total of 450 questionnaires were randomly distributed to college students in three schools,and 420 valid questionnaires were collected.The following results were obtained through research and analysis:(1)There are significant differences in demographic variables in parenting styles of college students.There are significant differences in mother’s refusal dimension,father’s refusal dimension,father’s over-protection dimension,mother’s over-protection dimension and gender.There is no significant difference in parenting style between the variables of only child and residence location.Father’s emotional warmth dimension and father’s over-protection dimension of parenting style havesignificant differences in family structure.There are significant differences in grade variables in the dimensions of mother’s refusal,father’s refusal and mother’s over-protection.There is no significant difference in demographic variables in college students’ resilience.(2)There is no significant difference in demographic variables in college students’ resilience.(3)There are significant differences in demographic variables in aggression tendency of college students.There are significant gender differences in physical aggression dimension of aggression tendency.There was no significant difference in aggression tendency among the variables of whether or not the only child was born.The hostility dimension of aggression tendency has significant differences in the location of household registration.There was no significant difference in aggression tendency between family structure variables and grade variables.College students’ psychological resilience is negatively correlated with aggression tendency.(4)There is a significant correlation between parenting style and mental resilience.(5)There is a significant negative correlation between college students’ psychological resilience and aggression tendency.(6)There is a significant correlation between parental rearing styles and aggression tendency of college students.(7)Psychological resilience of college students plays a completely mediating role between the dimension of mother’s refusal,father’s emotional warmth and the dimension of mother’s emotional warmth and the dimension of anger of aggression tendency,and partially mediates between the dimension of mother’s refusal and the dimension of hostility of aggression tendency.It plays a mediating role between the emotional warmth of fathers in parenting style and the self-aggression dimension of aggression orientation.In summary,psychological resilience plays a mediating role between parenting styles and aggressive tendencies of college students.These findings show that it isbeneficial to improve parenting styles,including improving communication with children,educating and rearing children in appropriate ways,paying attention to their psychological development,giving children more emotional warmth,understanding and acceptance of companionship,intervening and protecting children properly,and using punishment prudently to educate children.In order to improve the psychological resilience of college students,and then reduce the occurrence of aggressive tendency and aggressive behavior of college students,it has a positive impact on the growth and development of college students. |
