Secondary vocational school students are an important part of the youth group. It is of great research value to pay attention to secondary vocational school students’ aggressive behavior. The main purpose of this study is to explore the different effects of state self-control and trait self-control on aggressive behaviors in anger rumination based on I3 theory and strength model of self control. This study takes secondary vocational students as the research object and is divided into three parts. In this study,an autobiographical recall method was used to induce the subjects to conduct anger rumination, and the effects of distraction and anger rumination on the emotional inhibition control(measured by the reaction time cost in oddball)were investigated in 49 subjects. The results showed that the emotional inhibition control of the rumination group was lower than that of the heart group.Participants in study 2,through the video induced anger,73 subjects were randomly assigned to anger rumination group, cognitive depletion and no depletion group, and the subjects were measured the mood of the inhibitory control and attack(chili sauce paradigm),it is found that anger rumination group had a significantly lower than no depletion group about mood inhibitory control, and anger rumination group performed strongest attack and no depletion l group showed the least amount of aggression.Study 3 selected 121 subjects, and the subjuets were divided into four groups according to high and low self-control traits and whether they were rumination. The results showed that individuals with high self-control traits performed better than those with low self-control traits in both emotional inhibition control and aggression.Based on the above studies, the following conclusions can be drawn:1.Rumination will lead to lower individual emotional inhibition control。2.Impaired state self-control(emotional suppression control)leads to more aggressive behavior。3.In the state of rumination, individuals with high self-control traits performed better in emotional suppression and control tasks and had fewer aggressive behaviors.
