The Study Of Chinese Buddhism In The Philippones Since The 20th Century

Chinese traditional religion,one of the Chinese cultures,plays an important role in promoting friendly relations between Southeast Asian countries and China.Therefore,the reasons and characteristics of the development of the Chinese Buddhism in the Philippines,the influence and characteristics of the Chinese and even the Philippines are worth exploring.This paper attempts to study the Chinese Buddhism in the Philippines,and combines the background and environment of the Chinese Buddhism in the Philippines to analyze the causes and characteristics of the spread and development of the Chinese Buddhism in the Philippines.Through the Chinese Buddhist temples,religious organizations and organizations in the Philippines,the main role of the study is discussed,and the inheritance and development of the fusion of Chinese Buddhism in the Philippines and the local integration process are further explored.Based on this,explore the influence of Chinese Buddhism on the Chinese in the Philippines and the Filipino society.The study found that the Chinese Buddhism in the Philippines keeps pace with the times,while maintaining the Chinese character,it also innovates and communicates with the local culture.The influence of the Chinese Buddhism in the Philippines on Chinese society is remarkable,and its influence extends to many aspects of the Chinese secular life.All along,Philippine Buddhists have begun to transcend the influence of Chinese Buddhism through various missions and charitable activities,and gradually gained recognition from the Philippine society.The role of Chinese Buddhism in promoting the integration of the Philippine society and the cultivation of the culture of the Philippines will becomeincreasingly prominent.The Philippine of Chinese Buddhism has different characteristics from Buddhism in other regions and maintains a good development trend.
