The Industrialization Dilemmas And Countermeasures Of Indie Music

Indie music is the music that maximizes independent spirit and independent production.As the long tail part of the music industry,it has shown its undeniable development potential in recent years.To some extent,domestic indie music has become self-reliant away from the mainstream music industry,forms a more detailed professional division of labor,and initialized industrial scales.As a benchmark in indie music,Li Zhi has been operating independently for 15 years since 2004,and his experience has become an example in the indie music industry.This article mainly discusses what is indie music,what is the industrialization of indie music,and then analyzes the dilemma of independent music industrialization,and summarizes the countermeasures taken in each links with the independent musician Li Zhi as a typical case.The first chapter of this thesis is about the definition of indie music,industrialization of indie music and the general situation of Li Zhi.The second,third and fourth chapters analyzes the dilemmas in production,dissemination and value realization in the process of indie music industrialization.At the end of each chapter,I discusses the iconic events in Li Zhi’s career and integrates them into countermeasures and methodology to investigate the exploration and influence of Li Zhi’s team on the progress of the whole industrial ecology.The conclusion summarizes the dilemmas in the main part of the thesis.It further discusses the dilemmas that Li Zhi faces after his success.From this,I analyzed the commonality of these dilemmas ——lacks of professionals,the demand to improve technology and the system and further exploration of audience markets.
