Flower Temperature

From August to November of 2018,I rehearsed and acted in a large historic mu-sical drama called A Girl Named Wenjun Zhuo in Shu Dynasty.It is a project under the 2018 China National Arts Fund,and I was lucky to be the female protagonist,Wenjun Zhuo.The final performance of the drama was also selected to be acted on the postgraduate mid-term report concert.In May,2018,I was invited by Postgraduate Institute of People's Public Security University of China to compose and direct a mu-sical named We Do Not Forget to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the university.I want to give thanks to all teachers and friends who once trusted me.Because it ant to give thanks to all teachers and friends who once trusted me.Because it was their help and encouragement that gave me confidence to be the protagonist in the large musical drama,be a playwright and director.These experiences help improve my comprehen-sive ability on a large basis.During the six months after I finished the mid-term report,I thoroughly selected from my ever performances and picked ones that can fully rep-resent my style to be the songs performed in the graduate solo concert.I also made some uncommon trials in the concert.For instance,expressive techniques like sitcoms,monologue and recitation were employed in my performance.The style of songs I se-lected was more than classical ethnic songs,primitive songs,newly composed songs and foreign classical musicals were also covered.Furthermore.I also made some breakthroughs and innovations in the arrangement and way of singing,trying to taste something different in the concert.Some generalities were made in terms of the de-signing of the concert:(1)Self-introduction and the major artistic practice.(2)Gen-eral idea for the conceit and names of the intended songs;(3)Understanding of the songsrthe style as well as the expressive methods;(4)Feelings for my performance;(5)Conclusion.The concert will not only be a feedback for all teachers and friends who once helped me during the three years in which I learned as a postgraduate in vocal performance major,it is also a report and sum-up of my understanding for art.
