Research On The Protection And Utilization Path Of Immovable Cultural Relics In Tongliao

The immovable cultural relics are non-renewable precious cultural resources,the "golden business card" of the country,the physical witness of the continuous development of the Chinese nation,the historical vein of inheriting and carrying forward the excellent traditional Chinese culture,and the profound nourishment of cultivating and practicing the socialist core values.In our country,the local government and its administrative department of cultural relics are responsible for the heavy and trivial work of investigation and identification,protection and management,maintenance and repair,storage,publicity and display,and scientific research of cultural relics resources.To improve the management level of cultural relics,the focus is on the government,while the difficulties are at the grass-roots level.From the perspective of public management,this paper systematically combs the advanced experience and development concept of the protection of immovable cultural relics at home and abroad from three aspects: the protection of cultural heritage,the restoration of cultural heritage and the relationship between the protection and utilization of cultural heritage.By sending questionnaires to the staff of cultural relics management departments in various banners and counties of Tongliao City,the basic situation of non-movable cultural relics in Tongliao City was collected and sorted out.Statistical methods such as calculating variance,standard deviation,coefficient of variation,correlation coefficient,grade correlation coefficient,first-order partial correlation coefficient and second-order partial correlation coefficient were used.This paper analyses the existing problems and reasons in the protection and utilization of immovable cultural relics in Tongliao,and points out that there are unbalanced and unreasonable problems in the construction of inter-county institutions,the distribution of cultural relics protection projects,the personnel structure of cultural relics management departments and the utilization of immovable cultural relics.Combining with the typical cases of protection and utilization of the three major temples in Kulun,Tongliao City,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the two levels of the state and local government.It provides an important reference for the management of non-movable cultural relics in Tongliao City,and also provides experience for the development of non-movable cultural relics in minority border areas in China.
