Research On The Creation Of Ink And City Paintings

In the process of urbanization in China,urban ink painting has become a new subject of contemporary Chinese painting creation.Urban ink painting is not only the inheritance and innovation of traditional Chinese ink painting,but also conforms to the trend of social development.It is the spiritual product of the development of contemporary urban human environment.Therefore,it is of great significance to study and analyze the contemporary practice of urban ink painting for the development of Chinese painting.Based on the practice and research of urban ink painting,this paper interprets the concept of urban ink painting as a new landscape painting which expresses the natural landscape in the city and the relationship between people and the city in the form of ink painting.This paper expounds the manifestation,content and characteristics of ink and wash urban painting,and combines with the works of leading domestic painters in this field to analyze the examples of ink and wash urban painting.This paper combines with the series of ink city painting works of the author in recent years.In content,it studies the concrete forms of the objects included in the creation,such as arcade buildings,clouds,rain and fog,water,transportation,tropical plants in Hainan,etc.It also studies the expressions.The author's practical research on urban ink painting further confirms.Although contemporary urban ink painting is gradually maturing,there is still a lot of room for development in terms of content and form of expression,and we need to make further efforts on the road of exploration and innovation.
