The Research Of The Relationship Between Chagall’s Work And Life

Chagall is an outstanding Belarusian artist.His works are closely related to his Jewish ancestry,Russian folk art and modern art,which makes him absorb different cultures and form a unique art form.His works and artistic style play an important role in the history of art.this paper studies Chagall’s life course,learning process,social activities,social background,psychological activities,his relatives and loved ones,which based on Chagall’s autobiography,and some other research materials.It describes the relationship between Chagall’s works of art and life,and its enlightenment to me.Chagall’s art reveals the differences and intersection between Jewish culture and other cultures.His paintings truly express his memory and soul,and express his temperament,thoughts and life.Chagall uses familiar themes and contents to express his feelings of love and family,his homesickness,his understanding of life and religion.He uses unique modeling techniques and strong contrast colors to express deep experience from the heart,making his artistic image become the true expression of emotional consciousness.This article interprets Chagall’s unique artistic style from the aspects of life trajectory,life experience and social background,truly describes Chagall’s psychological feelings.It provides a new perspective for the interpretation of Chagall,and helps to deepen the understanding of Chagall’s works and life as well as his artistic understanding.It also provides a new learning model for my artistic creation.
